We are a group of three brothers - Charles, William, and Michael - who have always aspired to own a family business. In 2023, everything came together for us to be able to make that happen.

The oldest brother, Charles, is a combat veteran, who earned the Bronze Star Medal for his dedicated service in Afghanistan. His military leadership skills have allowed him to transition smoothly from Company Commander to civilian business leader.

William Smith

Partner

William Contributes his expertise to the team with a background of over 7 years in business and operations management. He loves spending time with his wife and 3 kids, and being an active member of his parish community (St. Paul's in Warren, MA).
